PEG-40 Seismic source

The PEG-40 (Propelled Energy Generator) is a lightweight, portable seismic energizer for applications in civil engineering, geology, geophysics, and more. It uses an elastic band (elastomer) that delivers high velocity (energy) to the percussion hammer. Automatic, practical, and powerful, it’s also ideal for acquiring large amounts of data per day.

It’s designed for easy shipping and transport; for use, it can be mounted on the towbar of cars, SUVs, or vans, or housed on special rails that allow for rapid installation, use, and dismantling.
